Twisted Monkey Garage — Service Plan Terms & Conditions

£23.99 per month • 24‑month membership • Limited to 150 members

1. Overview of Membership

The Twisted Monkey Garage Service Plan is a 24‑month vehicle maintenance membership providing scheduled servicing, MOT testing, diagnostics, priority booking, and member‑only benefits. Membership is limited to 150 customers to ensure service quality and availability.

2. What the Customer Receives

2.1 Two Full Services

Members receive two full services during the 24‑month term:

  • Service 1 at 6 months

  • Service 2 at 18 months

Each service includes all standard service items, labour, and quality parts. No interim or reduced‑scope servicing is provided.

2.2 Two MOTs With Collection & Delivery

Members receive:

  • One MOT within the first 12 months

  • One MOT within the second 12 months

  • Free collection from home or workplace

  • Free return delivery after the MOT test

Any MOT repairs are quoted separately. Collection and delivery apply within normal working areas.

2.3 Unlimited Free Diagnostic Checks

Members may request unlimited diagnostic checks, including:

  • Plug‑in diagnostics

  • Warning light checks

  • Fault code reading

No diagnostic fees apply. There is no obligation to proceed with repairs.

2.4 Priority Booking — Guaranteed Within 48 Hours

Members receive guaranteed availability within 48 hours for standard bookings. This includes mobile service to the customer’s home or workplace. After‑hours availability is offered up to 21:00 for members.

2.5 Free Emergency Safety Checks

Emergency checks apply only to genuine safety‑critical issues, including:

  • Non‑starters

  • Brake faults

  • Steering issues

  • Sudden knocks, bangs, or unsafe noises

  • Any issue making the vehicle unsafe to drive

Minor issues (e.g., bulbs, wipers, tyre pressure) are not classed as emergencies.

2.6 10% Discount on Repair Labour

Members receive 10% off labour costs for all repair work during the 24‑month term. Parts are not included unless otherwise stated.

3. Service Usage Rules

  • Both services and both MOTs must be used within the 24‑month membership term.

  • Missed or unused services/MOTs do not roll over.

  • Services and MOTs cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

  • Membership applies to the vehicle registered at the start of the agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are taken monthly at £23.99.

  • Missed payments may pause or cancel membership benefits.

  • Early cancellation may require the remaining balance to be paid (at the discretion of Twisted Monkey Garage).

  • Membership benefits are only active while payments are up to date.

5. Emergency Call‑Out Policy

  • Emergency checks are strictly for safety‑critical issues.

  • Non‑emergency issues will be booked as standard appointments.

  • Abuse of emergency call‑outs may result in refusal of service or membership review.

6. Priority Booking Conditions

  • The 48‑hour booking guarantee applies only within normal working areas.

  • Severe weather, high breakdown volume, or unsafe conditions may affect response times.

  • Priority booking does not override safety or legal limitations.

7. Fair Use Policy

  • Unlimited diagnostics are subject to fair use.

  • Excessive, repetitive, or abusive use may result in membership review.

  • Twisted Monkey Garage reserves the right to limit usage if necessary to protect service availability for all members.
